Sibros is honored to have received the 2020 Comparably Award for Best Companies for Diversity. Out of tens of thousands of companies surveyed, Sibros ranked in the top 50 for small to medium size companies, alongside other high growth and notable brands such as GoodRx, Nextdoor and Lattice.
Comparably aims to create more transparent and rewarding workplaces, and the Comparably Awards represent companies highly ranked by their own employees, who submit their answers anonymously.
This year was the 4th annual ranking of best companies for diversity, and rankings were based on ratings from employees of color over a 12 month period. The rankings were determined by a combination of questions covering topics from compensation, leadership, work environment, professional development opportunities, aiming to give an accurate view of what the work environment of the company truly is.
Business Insider recently covered the top ranked companies in a recent article, “The 25 best small and midsize companies for diversity in 2020, according to employees”.
In November, Sibros had the honor of bringing home 3 major awards including the Data Management Platform of the Year by AutoTech Breakthrough, Red Herring’s North America Top 100 and the Society of Automotive Analysts’ Mobility Innovation Award.
Out of all our recognitions in 2020, this one is indeed special. Diversity and inclusion in the workplace is an important issue and we’re proud that the Sibros organization has spoken, putting us in among the top 50 best companies for this category in North America!
